We want you to love what shows up at your door.
Because all Old Daddin’ gear is made to order, we don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves like big-box brands do. That means we can’t offer blanket free returns and exchanges on everything. But if something’s wrong, we’ll absolutely make it right.
<h3>Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items</h3>
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or you got the wrong item, send us a message within&nbsp;7 days of delivery.
Include:

<li>a quick note about the issue</li>
<li>clear photos of the item</li>

If it’s on us, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at&nbsp;no extra cost to you.
<h3>Size Exchanges</h3>
Need a different size? We get it.
If your item doesn’t fit right, you can request a size exchange within&nbsp;15 days of delivery&nbsp;as long as the item is:

We move fast, and many orders go into production shortly after they’re placed.
